1:39 A little insight into what I did today....what you should do when you train is focus on one thing

Let's focus on two-handed forehand dinking and volleys.
- Move your feet.
- Bend your knees.
- Watch the ball hit your paddle.
- Get your paddle under the ball.
- Use your core to push the ball a couple of inches over the net.
- Get into a rhythm and let's see if we can keep it going for 2, 4, 6+ minutes
