THIS IS HOW I Became A Top 30 World Ranked Pickleball Athlete while in College

 

1:39 A little insight into what I did today....what you should do when you train is focus on one thing

Session
Let's focus on two-handed forehand dinking and volleys.

  • Move your feet.
  • Bend your knees.
  • Watch the ball hit your paddle.
  • Get your paddle under the ball.
  • Use your core to push the ball a couple of inches over the net.
  • Get into a rhythm and let's see if we can keep it going for 2, 4, 6+ minutes
